Care Signature Christian Home care founders are 2 Public Health Nurses and a Health care Manager. The company is founded on Christ, and our values are to love, care and support the people who we work with. We have 2 bases one in in the United Kingdom and one in Malawi. We believe everyone has the right to access quality healthcare facilities. We aim to inspire stakeholders and leaders to bridge the gaps and improve the quality of care individuals are receiving.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support countries which experience challenges with basic problems such as access to; electricity, water and sanitation. We want to work hand in hand with stakeholders to make quality improvements through; quality assurance, mentoring, training, accreditation and implementing digital solutions such as centralised software systems and referral pathways to improve the health of each nation. Working hand in hand with those facing health inequalities  using a mentoring approach falls in line with “‘Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.’ We use a transformational leadership style to empower and support the leaders of each organisation; to achieve safe, holistic healthcare for those who they are delivering care to.
